Warranty & Returns

All refurbished and new open boxed products are sold with a 90-day RTB (return to base) warranty unless otherwise stated.

During the warranty period we will provide support by phone and email.  If we are unable to resolve an issue we will provide an RMA number and so that you can return the product back to us for testing and replacement.

Please obtain an RMA number before returning any products, and display this number clearly on the outside of your packaging.  To obtain an RMA number please contact us via any of the methods available on this site and have your Invoice number available if possible.
